About the Role
As a Junior Software Developer, you will assist the development team with all aspects of software design and coding. You will also learn the codebase, attend design meetings, write basic code, fix bugs, and assist the Development Manager in all design-related tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
Knowledge of basic coding languages.
Basic programming experience.
Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software.
An ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
An ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
Attending company development meetings.
Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
Writing and maintaining code.
Working on bug fixes.
Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
Responding to requests from the development team.
Gathering information from consumers regarding program functionality.
Conducting development tests.
