About the Role
As a Digital Supervisor, you will supervise the design and development of digital campaigns, including web advertisements, videos, and other media. You will also create designs for new projects, prepare reports, and estimate costs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer software related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.
Take briefs from clients
Foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.
Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.
Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are upheld.
Prepare status reports.
Identify any issues and resolve them.
Direct a team of developers, designers, and strategists to ensure the final product is consistent with the client's vision.
Provide cost estimates, quotations, and monitor budgets.
Ensure all content meets the client’s requirements.
