About the Role
As an Analytics Manager, you will gather and analyze data to help clients gain valuable insights and influence decision-making. Your duties also include data mining and management, developing and implementing analytics solutions, and generating reports in order to improve clients' performance and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in analytics, computer science, or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in an Analytics Manager position or similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to handle multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards.
Creating effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.
Overseeing analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications so that deadlines are met.
Applying statistics and data modeling to gain business insights and boost customer productivity/revenue.
Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent mistakes.
Communicating and tracking performance metrics across departments.
Identifying business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing cross-functional teams, reviewing their performance, and managing schedules.
Generating reports of findings and presenting them to senior management.
Understanding industry best practices and policies.
