Jury Duty and Voting

If you are called for jury duty and are an exempt employee, you may take [insert number] day(s) off without deduction from your salary.

On election day you may take [insert number] hours off to vote. You may take a paid half-day off if you must travel a short distance in order to vote.

Hourly employees may take [insert number] unpaid day(s) off for jury duty and voting.

In order to keep quality records, we ask you to bring us a copy of your summons for jury duty and a document that proves you served.
