Accommodation When Traveling

When traveling for company purposes, you are entitled to stay at a 3-star hotel or the best hotel available in the area. However, we might have negotiated a contract with a hotel for a discount. If you plan to stay longer for personal reasons, you will need to pay for the additional days yourself but you may be able to take advantage of the discount.

We will not reimburse any extra room-related charges incurred but we may make an exception if you need to upgrade your room for reasons not in your control.

If you would like to stay at a more expensive hotel for any particular reason, you must pay the difference yourself.
